Ellie is a junior at ORU studying Music Composition and Technology.  She started playing piano when she was 5, studying classical and contemporary pieces.  She competed in music competitions throughout junior high and high school before coming to Tulsa for college.  Ellie has a soft spot for French Classical and Impressionistic composers.  When it comes to composition, she loves writing music for all instruments and styles.  She also enjoys performing piano and vocal music, especially jazz and gospel.  She leads worship on ORU's campus and trains both band members and vocalists for student-lead worship events.  This summer, she taught piano to children in addition to working with adult voice students and 200 member gospel choir in the Chicago, IL area.  She loves working with kids and is excited to be a part of the MSPA team!
