A non-refundable fee of $25 per family is required yearly at time of registration. Students may begin lessons at any time during the year. A completed registration form with registration fee, tuition and book fee is required for enrollment.
Monthly Tuition & Fees
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. It can be mailed, turned into the drop box in the lobby or paid online via our Family Portal. A $10 late fee will be charged on the 7th of the month. A $30 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

Book fees, Materials fees and Recital fees vary. MSPA reserves the right to discontinue lessons for late or non-payment.
You may receive a refund up to 72 hours before the date of enrollment. After that, all tuition and fees for students enrolled are non-refundable. Monthly tuition is the same regardless of the number of classes/lessons per month. There will be no tuition deductions for missed lessons due to illness, family emergency, vacations, holidays or cancellation due to inclement weather.
Private Lessons: Due to Teacher schedules, we do not offer make-up lessons to students. If your teacher must miss your lesson due to illness or emergency, an MSPA substitute will be provided. However, if a substitute is not available, your lesson may be rescheduled. If you cannot attend a lesson, please contact your instructor prior to lesson time.
Music Theatre/Rock101: No make-up lessons available.
Mommy&Me classes: Missed classes are non-refundable but can be made up. Make-ups are available to currently enrolled (“Active”) students and must be made up within 2 months of the missed class. Check with your teacher for make-up class times or contact Teresa Kanold at our studio 918.743.5439.
*Due to our discounted Summer rates, no make-ups are available in June or July.
Private Lessons: Once a student has been given a lesson time, it is assumed they will continue lessons indefinitely. If a student must withdraw, we must receive a notice before the next month so we can assign the lesson time to another student. If we do not receive 2 weeks notice, the student is obligated to pay for the following month.
Rock101/Music Theatre/Mommy&Me classes: To withdraw from class, a 2 week notice is required. You will continue to be responsible for your tuition payment until you withdraw.
Private lesson/Music Theatre/Rock101 students need to be able to commit to the following performances for each semester: Winter Recital-First Weekend in December. Spring Recital-Second weekend in May.
Mommy&Me classes: No recital or performances included.
Holidays & Closings
We will be closed the following holidays: Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; the Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving; Spring Break and one week in July. We will take a two-week Winter break in December to coincide with school closings.
Private Lessons at a remote location: If your school is closed for teacher conferences or special events or holidays not included in our closings, your lesson will take place at our Midtown studio as scheduled. Your teacher will contact you at those times to confirm.
MSPA will not follow any particular school district for closings due to inclement weather. MSPA staff will evaluate conditions and make a determination on whether classes and lessons are cancelled. We will also post on our website and Facebook page.
